HD-STEEL Bimetallic composite pipe is a composite steel pipe with two different metals formed by adding corrosion-resistant alloy layer on the inner wall of the steel pipe on the basis of traditional carbon steel pipe.The inner wall of the pipe is a corrosion-resistant alloy(CRA)layer and the outer wall is a high-quality pipeline steel/carbon steel structure, which gives the steel pipe the ability to resist internal corrosion and external pressure,while also being more hygienic and environmentally friendly.
Produced from bimetallic clad plates(metallurgical rolled by Xiangtan lron & Steel and other mills)via JCOE straight-seam forming plus hot-wire TlG welding.
