Recently, HD-STEEL Group completed a supply project involving stainless steel flanges and pipe fittings in SS316L, PN16, covering multiple flange types and large-diameter sizes up to DN800. This project demonstrates our ability to supply large diameter stainless steel flanges and project-specific pipe fittings for industrial piping applications.

The largest item in this project was the DN800 Slip-On Flange, demonstrating our capability in manufacturing and supplying large-diameter stainless steel flange products. DN800 is not our upper limit. We offer custom flanges and pipe fittings in larger sizes, with flanges up to 96 inches (approx. DN2400).
Large-diameter flanges require careful control of dimensions, bolt-hole positioning, facing, thickness and overall geometry. For project-specific orders, HD-STEEL Group can manufacture and supply stainless steel flanges according to the customer's requirement. Our production capability covers a wide range of flange configurations, including Blind Flanges, Slip-On Flanges, Socket Weld Flanges, Weld Neck Flanges and other customized flange designs.
For large-diameter projects, applicable dimensional standards shall be confirmed according to the size and project specifications. ASME B16.5 governs pipe flanges from NPS 1/2 up to NPS 24, and ASME B16.47 covers large-diameter steel flanges from NPS 26 to NPS 60. Beyond these standard scopes, we are capable of custom manufacturing flanges up to NPS 96 (approx. DN2400).
In this project, we provided pipe fittings including 45° and 90° long-radius elbows in SS316L, with sizes up to DN500. For larger requirements exceeding standard ASME B16.9 range, we produce custom plate-fabricated pipe fittings and matching flanges up to NPS 96 (approx. DN2400), available with NDT, heat treatment and hydrotesting as required.
